Event Consultancy: with over 20 years of event, hospitality, security and venue experience. We are very well placed to be able to offer first-class, tried and tested advise and support for your business. From completing a risk assessment for your public event to full festival advise we have the knowledge to help.

Who is Event & Venue Partnerships (EVP)?:

EVP is owned and run by Steve Page. He started in the events industry over 20 years ago. Is vastly experienced in most types of events and has a large black book of all the ‘good’ suppliers he’s worked with over his time. In fact, this local knowledge of the industry and the people within it, has also led Steve to create Surrey Event Professionals, a collection of the over a 100 of Surrey’s best venues, event and wedding suppliers. Steve is backed up on events and within his venues with a great handpicked loyal team of likeminded and experienced professionals.

Our background:

Event & Venue Partnerships grew from our old business Celebration Drinks, which started in 2009. With our background in events, bars and hospitality, we started running a successful event and venue bar operation. However, this very soon evolved into event and venue management, along with a great range of hire equipment. So, in 2017 we decided to rebrand our business to Event & Venue Partnerships, which is much more in keeping with our business direction. Now based in Guildford, Surrey we are suitably located to service Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex, with occasionally being asked to venture further afield.
